I believe that this pharmacy violated their code of ethics and I plan to report them to the state based on an inquiry to AI. Well, don’t confuse this pharmacy with a community pharmacy. They exist primarily to fill the scripts for two groups: the staff at Banner and patients who are getting discharged. This was explained to me by the nice pharmacy assistant after I had called to ask about a script getting filled many times. It was on back order, but one of the docs in my book club said hers was filled. Don’t waste your time. They won’t be honest with you, and I wasted 2 weeks trying to get a script filled. They won’t even tell you they don’t plan to fill it, alas. They just say it is out. Run away. Honestly is valued, and the pharmacist did not apologize for not being honest immediately. Why not simply say a script can’t be filled, and that they need to save it for their staff? It is a good business decision for Banner, but customer service and transparency are sorely lacking. Community members (who are also Banner patients) don’t matter to this team, or they would have taken responsibility and apologized. Please see photos for time stamps and messages that are NOT clear. I don’t trust a pharmacist who isn’t willing to learn, grow, and consider how their actions impact others. I just had Mayo move all my scripts to Banner, because I bike commute. Back to Mayo I go. With apologies to all of my docs who just moved my scripts to make bike commuting and saving the planet a bit easier. Sigh. I’ll borrow a car and drive out to Scottsdale.

Banner Family pharmacy told my husband that they will not filled his pain medicine and his heart medicine no more it for the employees and people that are in hospital only. I have to go across the city of Phoenix to find a new pharmacy that can help filled his pain medicine and heart medicine.

Awesome pharmacy!!! Due to my insurance, I have to get my meds filled at banner pharmacies. It's not as convenient since it's in a hospital but I'm so grateful the wonderful service makes up for it. They always answer my calls in a timely matter and continuously provide the best pharmacy services! Keep up the good work staff! Thank you for all you do! ☺️

NEVER EVER FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE!!! They lie about everything. They say that they can't fill a prescription with out of state insurance. Then they lie about carrying the medication. Then they have to talk to each other about you. Then they say comeback tomorrow and pick up your medication.. they lie also and it's on back order. Which is a lie. Don't ever come here go somewhere else. Not here very bad service from people who don't know how to do there jobs.

Did not have the meds , ready on time.
