I had to get my son’s prescriptions filled early as he was leaving on a school trip abroad. I called CVS and left a voicemail. They didn’t even call me back, instead I got a notification that his prescriptions were ready 2 days ahead of time! So kind of them! So efficient! So accommodating!

If I could give this store a negative review I WOULD. The staff is incompetent & the products are usually not stocked properly anyways. I’ve had to stop in here many times and every time there’s been an issue. Based off this experience with CVS I will never step foot or spend my money in your corporation again.

Pretty spectacularly terrible service, all things considered. Went and did the drive-thru to get tested for COVID and not only did I never receive the results of my test (tested 2PM, it is now 630) but they charged me for the test. Just... Yikes.
