The short stubby girl with the long black hair that works the self checkout is super rude. Absolutely zero customer service skills. I placed a grocery pickup order and didn’t realize this wasn’t a normal fry’s so I didn’t know where to park. I parked right across the street close to the fry’s and I couldn’t carry all my stuff to my car since I had my toddler with me. I asked the security if anyone could help me bring it to my car and he told me one of the people in the red vests will help. So I ask the girl and she has attitude the whole time and says she can’t help me bring it to my car because “they’re not allowed to leave the building “. Obviously a lie like girl just say you’re lazy. There were so many employees standing around with no customers I don’t see how there wasn’t a single employee that could just help me real quick.

So some unprofessional rude female answered the phone in pharmacy when it was closed for lunch early, picks up the phone dies a greeting and hung up the phone, she did it twice. She needs to be fired. Working with patients and their meds is a Coordinated effort on the pharmacist and doctors part . There is No room for Bad behavior from the uneducated pharmacy staff there. No room for error. You don't answer the phone to just hang up because you Don't have a voicemail system. That is a gutter move. If you have no voicemail then state that! Then it took 10 xs to get the store manager Nick. I guess Daffy duck and Pluto was running the show today at that store! Shame on them. No customer service at all came from that store. It was the worst customer service ever. But it is Fry's after all.

Finally we have a decent grocery store in the downtown Phx area. Wide selection of products, friendly employees always available to help, Plus it even has a Starbucks inside, in addition to a wine & cheese bar! What more do you want out of a grocery store? I'm happy 😊

Apparently anyone can walk into the pharmacy with fake papers and ask for a prescription to be changed like the hell is going on here? I never received any call saying my prescription location was changed and all the lady on the phone for the pharmacy could say is “oh some lady came in with your discharge papers changing the location” like no, there is only one copy of my discharge papers and I had them on me for over 24 hours. this frys is bogus.

The pharmacist's Travis & Tyrell r terrific! The pharmacy techs r always efficient; Megan always has a smile for me & occasionally even a joke. My only negative comment would be that they close at 8 p.m. and have limited weekend hours! 🌹
