I stupidly left my prescription in my shopping cart and drove away. Some sick rat didn't turn it in. James helped me work with my provider to get a replacement filled the next day and Travis got them to me rapid quick so I didn't run out. Thanks guys!

The pharmacist manager at this Fry's pharmacy is Travis and he believes that he's a doctor, and if he doesn't think that you should have a medication he's going to make sure that you go elsewhere for your medications. No one needs authoritarian like this pharmacist👎 I reported this pharmacist to the pharmacy board of Arizona, and I suggest anyone else that has a problem with Travis report him to the pharmacy board in Arizona. Travis is, 100% unprofessional and refused to listen to a board certified neurologist regarding what medications is patient should be taking. And furthermore he treats his clients like peasants, and believe He's some sort of demigod and knows better than you do, or your doctor does about your body.

I have had it with this pharmacy. Every single time I fill a prescription, or my Dr sends one in, it takes them hours to complete it. I'll get a text that it's ready and arrive to the pharmacy only to be told they haven't even started it! I want to pick up my prescriptions in a convient way, not have to sit and wait 30-50 minutes for it to be worked on when it should already be completed.

I just switched back since am closer and am glad 🙂 ☺ is better than before, faster and the the people are really nice 👌 impressive and the pharmacist is truly the best yet, if you not sure about a medication or what's comparable to it he will gladly take the time to ask GUESTIONS before he answers. Very kind ,thoughtful and professional.

Pharmacy staff and Audrey the Pharmacist are awesome. Non judgmental and attentive to my needs. I appreciate them very much. Thank you for doing a professional job with compassion.
