I have been using Melrose for about 4 years. Great service, fast refills. But last summer I needed a refill and didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. When I called they said they didn’t have my prescription in stock. I asked them when they were going to let me know and they said it was up to me to follow up on my prescription. This year, I called in my prescription for a refill; same thing. No follow up call from them. And when I called, again they said they were out of stock. Too bad, Melrose. I’ll take my business elsewhere. 2 stars because they used to be good, but no more.

Such a great place! The people are amazing, Kim is incredibly thoughtful and such a sweetheart. The shop is adorable, and it’s hard not to buy something every time. Love the atmosphere!

Have been getting some compounded meds here for awhile but this past time was a little challenging. Daniel saved the day & delivered my meds after he got off work yesterday. I appreciate him for taking his personal time to come over and get me what I needed.

Great compounding pharmacy in Central Phoenix. Friendly staff and fun selection of items for sale in addition to prescribed items as well.
