This company, A. Z. Pharmacy LLC try to charge my debit card. But this charge they try to put through was 5 days I had my bank contacted me because of a different fraudulent charge on this card. I had never signed up for, have ever used, or have ever even heard of this pharmacy before.

PillPack: Brilliant Concept with TERRIBLE Execution I really want to love PillPack, but just can't after several bad experiences. I have great admiration for the entrepreneurial history of this company; the convenience of their small "packs" (combining both RX & vitamins) is indisputable, and something I have been unable to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, their customer attitude service sucks, and as many other reviewers have said online, they are just not yet ready for primetime. Just because they are now owned by Amazon, do not expect Amazon customer experience. In general, I have been mostly pleased with the daily pill packets, and have used that service for over a year. My personal challenges have usually involved anything that is PRN or one-time orders. Most recently, I had checked the availability of a prescription back in March, and upon confirmation of stock, had my doctor submit the script. They kept saying it was “in process” only to finally tell me it was on backorder. I was unhappy and told them I got it filled somewhere else. 3 months later, and without any communication, the order shows up on my doorstep and my credit card got billed. It was a mess to try to get fixed, and in the end, they destroyed any trust they had from me for a mere $5 (telling me that if I would send them details of the calls, they would “listen to the recordings” and consider giving me the credit). No thanks; it was much easier to just take my business elsewhere. Caveat emptor.

I gave them 3 attempts at getting my business. The service clearly has not been proven and they need to go back to the drawing board to re look at their business model. I finally got my 1st set a pills from them and this is how I received them. Don't ask them to do ritalin because they can't do it apparently. Also for your 1st prescription you have to get it filled at the pharmacy because they need a grace period to get everything put together of a few weeks. Which then means if you have an anabolic that you need to get guess what you'll be going to the pharmacy like always. Don't waste your time and energy with this company.

i love pill pack i love pill pack i love pill pack! all of you are so nice and patient and polite. thank you so very much for always being there for me i would love it if everyone i knew would sign up with you i love the way you send pills i always hated arranging pills from bottle pill pack makes everything so easy thanks again to everyone i can not remember all your names bur liz and nick you always are great even though i pester you to death to everyone at pill pack thank you for always being there and wanting to help tyger

I decided for all the many hours I spent on the phone with PillPack dealing with issues, I could package my own medications. PillPack is constantly out of stock of common prescription and over-the-counter medications. PillPack is constantly messing up prescriptions refills and asking you to call around to get them instead of handling it themselves. Despite many attempts, I never received any leadership support for resolving issues of which I’ve had several.
