While the structure and staffing of this pharmacy is poor, those downsides are completely made up by the amazing staff. They clearly would benefit from more adequate staffing, but are nonetheless helpful and quick every time I come. I am on many medications and have pickups nearly weekly, and they are always so accommodating and quick. I also often use the ship-to-home option through the app and my prescriptions are always sent out VERY fast. They have been infinitely more helpful than other similar pharmacy locations and have helped me manage my conditions. J'Kiya in particular is super helpful and always kind!

Ja Kiya, Roger, Kat, and the entire pharmacy staff are absolutely incredible. They’re always pleasant, with great attitudes and genuine smiles, and they truly take the time to make sure their clients have a great experience. One thing that really blows me away is how, the moment they see me approaching, they’re already grabbing my prescriptions before I even reach the counter. That’s a real “WOW” factor. Thank you Jonathan at the Deli department for your excellent service. We were having a hard day with one of my children going into the hospital but Jonathan with his kindness and professionalism made it so much better. He listened and answered all our questions which made us buy so much more than we originally came in for and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend the baked chicken.

BEST Customer service ever! EVERY single member from park and pick up staff to the deli here is wonderful. They work very hard and always take time to help if asked. I been going here for years and am very grateful to each of them.

I like this store. It's always clean. Staff, Bryan is a bonus! He's always willing to help the customers. He smiles and that's a wonderful store experience.
