I was the night service and they had already locked up at 5:59 when I walked in today, Saturday, March 14 at 5:59. I only went inside because their drive-through was not working. This place is notoriously understaffed and the people who show up do the best they can (aside from today’s person). So happy I switched over to Safeway. Far from perfect but a better operated pharmacy.

I had the most stellar, wonderful, over the top excellent customer service in the pharmacy today. The young woman helping me went above and beyond to investigate and solve an issue I’d been dealing with at another Walgreens for nearly a month. I called this afternoon to speak to a manager to give this employee a shout out and the recognition she deserves. Waited on hold for 36 minutes. Manager never picked up.

Absolutely wretched customer service. My daughter is post op from a knee surgery today. We called the pharmacy, the automated line, said the prescription wasn't ready yet. Tried waiting for a pharmacist, waited over 15 minutes with no answer. Decided to wait a couple hours, hoping script would be done. Still no text, so called back 2 hours later, script still not completed. Waited another 29 minutes and someone finally answered. He said her prescription, was not covered under her insurance. I asked what needs to be done to get her meds for the pain, he said, she can either pay out of pocket or have the dr cancel and call it in to CVS. This is now after hours, the poor doctor had to spend 30 minutes on hold trying to get a hold of CVS to help my daughter out. Turns out he sent in this script 2 days before the surgery and no one called to let us know they could not fill it. I asked the pharmacist why no one contacted us and he said, sometimes they dont catch it!!!! Absolutely insane!!! I have dealt with thia pharmacy a few times now, with problems each time. Half the time i couldn't figure out when they were even open!!! NEVER again. This is the worst pharmacy!! Go to CVS or Walmart, I have never had issues with them

The whole walgreen pharmacy process is always a problem. The website is useless. The status is never correct. The store always has a line and usually one person behind the counter. If you call, they play that stupid music over and over so you'll give up. Entered a simple script on Wednesday. Status was for Friday. Then on Saturday it was 'in progress'. Finally walked over to them and they said they had to get product from central warehouse and it would be ready on Monday. Typical incompetence. Moving my prescriptions to safeway down the street. They get better reviews.

My Quetiapine scrip is supposed to contain 30 tablets. Instead, this month, there were 27 tablets in the bottle and the 2 previous months, there were 28. I spoke to the Pharmacist about the issue and he refused to give me the 3 tablets that I was short for this month. I've been going to this Walgreens - on Osborn Rd. and N. Central Ave. for 16 years. Other than scrips, this Walgreens locks up in cabinets certain items. One such item is disposable razors. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to open the cabinet. The woman had to stand next to me for almost 10 minutes while I decided which brand of razors I needed to buy. Yes, Walgreens...You deserve 1 star
