Stacey Orozco 4 months agoOverall have never had a problem with any of the staff except the young black girl with the lashes who works nights. She will refuse to fill prescriptions and do it just before closing. When a simple prescription is taking longer than 2 hrs I know she is working. Prescription for two pills was sent at 5 pm went at 8:30 pm because I sleep at a normal hour and need this medication asap, I ask here how much the wait will be and she replies “well when you get a text you’ll know so “ and basically motioned to me to drive away. I will be switching my pharmacy after this rude interaction.
Alyssa Moinet 4 months agoMy surgeon sent in a post-operative pain prescription several days before my knee surgery specifically so it would be ready when I returned home from the procedure. After surgery today, we attempted multiple times to contact the pharmacy to confirm the medication was ready. Every call either routed us through an automated system that provided no useful information or left us on hold for 20–30+ minutes without reaching a single human being. After hours of trying to reach someone, my mom finally went into the store in person. That is when we were told the prescription had never been filled and that it would cost $30 because insurance supposedly would not cover it. No one had contacted us in the days since the prescription was sent to notify us that there was any problem. Because we only discovered this after 5 PM, the doctor’s office was closed. We were then forced to call the after-hours emergency line and spend additional time trying to sort out the situation while I was at home recovering from knee surgery. Eventually the surgeon himself confirmed that he had sent the prescription days earlier and it should have been processed. Due to federal prescribing rules for certain pain medications, he could not resend the correct prescription until he is back at his system tomorrow. As a direct result of this pharmacy’s failure to process the prescription or notify us of a problem, I am now forced to spend the first night after knee surgery without the intended pain medication. We have since had the prescription moved to another pharmacy that is able to fill it properly. Pharmacies serve people who are sick, injured, and recovering from surgery. Failing to process a time-sensitive prescription and making it nearly impossible to reach a human being is a serious breakdown in patient care and communication. Patients should not have to fight through automated systems, endless holds, and last-minute surprises just to receive medication that was ordered days in advance.
Jim Talmage 6 months agoALWAYS a long wait to pick up prescriptions. Severely understaffed. Pharmacy workers are unfriendly and uncaring. Yesterday I stood in line for 45 minutes. I had to go in because they never shipped the prescription I ordered last week. They had screwed up the prescriptions of three of the people in front of me. One person had to come inside because they gave her someone else's medicine in the drive through. Only one clerk at the counter. Needless to say they screwed up my prescription and said it was cancelled. It wasn't. I demanded to speak to the pharmacist. He was able to fix the problem but said it would be a while before it could be filled. I asked to pick up the second prescription which WAS ready and the pharmacist walked away and said he didn't have register access. The clerk then proceeded to help the next guy in line. I said I was still waiting to get the one that was ready. She said "you're already being helped". I wasn't. Near total incompetency. To top it off, I had traveled to the store on my e-scooter which I locked to the bike rack in front of the store. When i finally got my one prescription I exited the building to find the lock had been cut off and my scooter was gone. This place is dangerous, they have bad service. Avoid if at all possible.
J.J. Anderson 3 months agoThe PHARMACY comments. Believe it! Its all TRUE!! Regardless to color.. its the entire STAFF and it reflects on management (leadership)!! The only thing they will help with is prescription discount (coupons, goodrx etc). Overall, this pharmacy is horrible filling prescriptions, contacting the customer, and the long lines are ridiculous!
MyPanzit AZuzu 4 years agoDisappointed in this pharmacy, went from 5 Stars down to 1. Reason for this is I was continuously put on hold for over 15 minutes just to ask one simple question! I understand your pharmacy may be understaffed but to keep putting me on hold after it keeps ringing on your end is very unprofessional. I think I am done with your Pharmacy as of today. No wonder Most patients are looking for new pharmacies to transfer their RX’s to other locations. If you need your medications soon because you’re under the weather, save your time and money by going to another competitor. Plus I was just disconnected by someone at your store! Thanks for wasting 25 minutes of my time.
