Man this pharmacy used to be great. Now it's just garbage when it comes to providing customer service, especially at the drive-thru. Do better!!!

First time coming here at 3:15 pm and the pharmacy is closed and was supposed to open back up from lunch at 2:00 pm 🤦🏼‍♂️ On the corner of unhappy and unhealthy. Not sure who’s worse CVS or Walgreens both are clown 🤡 shows.

I have received the worst customer service at this Pharmacy. The rude and disrespectful way they speak with people is atrocious. After transferring to the 7th Street and baseline pharmacy there were several mistakes made by the pharmacy staff. The response was that I need to wait because they are short staffed and no explanation of why it would take over a week to fill my prescriptions. I never yell or curse at people and believe I speaking with respect to others. The man told me if I have a problem to come inside to speak face to face. What does that mean when I have already established the solution and he has agreed. When I said no need just notify me when my investigation is completed about the missing medications he yelled at me telling me to just keep calling back. I'm confused at why I would call back to check. They are at fault and will known when they complete the investigation. The loudness and the tone along with being rude is enough for me to drive elsewhere for my prescriptions.

On march 25 9 am. A newer black staff was very rude I paid for my son’s meds. Never got them he was talking his. Time on purpose. My son has pace maker and needs. The antibiotic. Very unprofessional I was in the drive. Thur I didn’t catch. His name it’s terrible. That he would. Play with important medication like this I am filling out a formal complaint

Wow these pharmacists are amazing! I’ve been sitting here for 20 min waiting for my vaccine (not complaining about that, I was late so I’m just happy they could fit me in!) But in that time I’ve had the pleasure of watching them work with customer after customer. They have been so patient with people working through insurance issues, or trying to get vaccinated, etc. All of the pharmacists just seem so kind and helpful. It’s really nice to see and I’d highly recommend this pharmacy!
