Something has changed!!! The last 2 experiences have been wonderful. The new faces who helped me were SO fast (no more 30-minute drive thru), helpful, and effective trouble shooters.when a critical med was out-of-stock.

Recently this Walgreens has not been filling prescriptions on time. I've had to call or go in person to request that my (automatic) refill be processed and I'll be lucky if I get it by when I need it and a few times I've had to go at least a day without my prescription. When I've tried to call, no one answers the phone and then I'll go in person and there are 5 people working on the pharmacy and no one is picking up the phone.

Every product is overpriced. The lazy pharmacy staff stand around in hoodies while they overcharge sick people. They try to wipe off the date on expired products. Don't bother walking in, just drive through or go somewhere else entirely.

Appointment set for updated vaccine - arrived (Twice) and it was out of stock! So frustrating. Now conditioned to call ahead for confirmation. They do bend over backwards to try to accommodate. Can't think of a procedure to let customers know when this happens due to walk in's but perhaps they could hold back on appointment customers with reserve stock.

In person services are amazing. They told me to call if I had any questions, so I did. (Wanted to make sure I can take two medications together). I was put on hold for 20 min, being passed to different people, at times they would take me off hold, then put me back immediately (not saying anything). Then they hung up on me. So upset, needs better over the phone service.
