Came here today to buy some makeup I needed restocking in and one of their employees thought I was stealing SMH. I am a younger female and I always come here to buy hair dyes after work sometimes and usually the employees are pretty chill and mind their business. However, the older employee was literally staring me down like a hawk every aisle and I just felt uncomfortable and so disappointed the whole time. I ended up leaving and putting everything back in the end and before I left he looked at me and asked me if I was going to be buying the cosmetics anymore and where did I leave them since I told him I put them back. Sorry, not wasting MY time and money here anymore. You shouldn't judge a person 🤷‍♀️

Came to this CVS to pick up a few items from my wife’s Christmas wish list. I didn't get the young lady's name, but she did say that she was one of the store managers. I was very happy that she was able to provide me with exceptional great customer service! She was very helpful. She had me in and out quickly. She was very polite and professional. Thank you cvs.

Their website clearly states that this store is open until 10:00pm. I rode my bicycle several miles only to arrive there at 9:30 and find the lights off and the doors locked. Fortunately there's a 24 hour Walgreens across the street or I'd have been in quite a bind.

I almost preferred not taking my medication rather than dealing with the consistently poor service and terrible attitudes at the CVS pharmacy in Fig Garden Village. Every visit felt like an ordeal, and the staff made it very clear they had no interest in being helpful or friendly. I was finally able to stop going there altogether by switching all my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy for home delivery. Of course, when Amazon reached out to CVS to transfer one of my prescription, CVS didn't bother responding, which is no surprise. I called my doctor's office, and her receptionist handled the entire transfer in about 30 seconds. She even told me that this CVS is the worst, and she knew exactly what I meant about not wanting to deal with them because she's had her own bad experiences with them. Out of curiosity, I checked their Google and Yelp reviews afterward, and it's obvious that many, many people feel the same way I do. This isn't an isolated experience, it's a pattern. To be fair, there's one pharmacist there who seems nice. But unfortunately, the rest of the staff completely overshadow that. They clearly hate their jobs, and they take it out on the customers. I will never do business with CVS again because of this location. Do yourself a favor, get your prescriptions delivered to your home through Amazon Pharmacy or switch to another pharmacy entirely. You are not alone. And I know this might come off as an ad for Amazon, it's not, I'm just very happy to never have to go to that CVS again and I have Amazon to thank for that.

The worst service from the pharmacy, Terik Ali and Madison were the worst after a long painful day they gave me the run around just to try to send me to another CVS for something they had, but didn't want to give it to me for some reason. Then Ali is going to say "yea I called for you and got you your stuff." As if doing his job for me was a problem, or just to much for him. Just the worst.. made me feel horrible as a person in healthcare field myself being I expected way better. Just discussted with their service.
