Had a LONG wait time for someone in the pharmacy get my RX & to ring up my purchases. 01/30/25 Update! Wait times have been quick for some time now and I RECOMMEND this CVS🤗

When it's busy they move fast so a long line moves quickly and great customer service too. Usually long lines move slowly with other pharmacies.

It usually time wait is not that long past 3-5 mins per customer. So I'd say is most of the time good. They do have to update their audio systems, tho. Sometimes, they have trouble hearing customers, even with cars engine being off

What is lousy customer service: when you stand in line for 12 minutes while one cashier searches for an Amazon package and one employee walks past you three times and never asks you if you need help.
