Requested a call back from pharmacy and got someone named Maria. When I tried to explain the reason of my call back to her, she was very rude and would not let me finish my sentence. When I told her she didn’t have to be rude. She then proceed to just say what’s your date of birth a few time with an attitude and was laughing. I will be changing locations.

Horrible and unprofessional They gave me my son’s prescription didn’t bother to explain how to give them to him an to top it off they forgot to mix the prescription they gave me powder when it’s suppose to be liquid and all they could tell me is sorry come back

You use to be able to talk to the pharmacy staff. Now you have to leave a message and wait for a call back. What happened to customer service?
