Great employees with happy additudes. Great place to get your needed vaccinations. I go there every year, they explain everything to you if you ask any questions. 😀

I went three different days in a row for my medication and I waited in line for an hour each day before leaving because the line barely moved. finally the fourth day I went back earlier hoping there wouldn’t be a big line being that they had just opened and nope the line took an hour and a half. Once I was in front of the line and the assistant got my name I still had to wait 25 minutes before I was handed my medication because my baby had began to cry. My medication was ready for pick up and it felt like they were making me wait for my medication to be filled. When I received my medication the assistant told me that they had misplaced my medication, did not apologize and told me that everyone in the pharmacy was using one computer for inside the pharmacy and drive thru. She was rude maybe frustrated because if what she told me was true I understand because that is normally management’s fault or corporate but she didn’t apologize for the extremely long wait or misplacing my medication however I wanted to leave at that point because I had already been there for a very long time and my baby crying. It was really frustrating.

You know I get it. There's a lot of people, not everyone is nice all day but you know what else? I've never seen so many miserable employees working together. Every single employee that i encountered the day when I went to pick up my boyfriends meds looks absolutely MISERABLE. And to add in when I called to see if the medicine was ready, I had this googley eyed tall hunch back man talk to me with the absolute most disrespectful and ugly tone, he hung up on me before I could even thank him for his time , not sure why I wanted to thank him he was clearly not in the mood for any type of compassion or care I attempted to give. Even when I was in the store one of his eyes was looking at me angry. So I hope this reached the right people. Go pick up your medicine farther away you'll have a better experience anywhere else than im sure you would ever get here.

Great service! the person that helped me was Gabriel. I had my medical card but was not active. So I had to pay out of pocket about $50😑 but he was very helpful & added some discount so I paid about 20$ thank you so much🙏🏻 we need more people like this!

They sometimes ignore the online refill orders. Ordered at CVS.com online on Sunday. Said will be ready after Mon 5pm. Went there Tues, maybe, 3pm....Big Oops...no med refills. So they had to reorder them. But instead of the wait 10 min at most they said they'll be ready in an hour. I said no I'll until later to get them. CVS has a strange way of giving you 40% off an item. And you earn reward credits. You figure take 40% off an item then take off the coupons and rewards ($12.00 coupons)after...nope. They take rewards and coupons off first to lower purchase price then they make off the 40%. Let's say an item that costs $20.00. Instead of getting the item for .99¢ plus tax the normal way. It will cost you $5.50. Normally fast Pharmacy serving. Online ordering you may want to call it in to verify your order was even looked at.
