This pharmacy is trash! Nobody in years has ever answered the phone!!!! They pick the phone up real quick and put you back on waiting without even saying a word. You can hear the people talking when they do this so i know they picked up. When you go there nobody seems to say anything either or acknowledges you while you're waiting. It's like you have to provide the customer service to yourself. When you do get help tho they staff seem pleasant.

The pharmacy at this location question me about why I'm taking medications that a licensed physician recommends for me. They won't release it to me. I know for a fact they don't need to know anything except my Physician information and my insurance information. So I stay sick til THEY want to release them to me.

Worst AI answering service ever implemented. Takes over 5 minutes just to get into the line to hold for the pharmacy, then usually 3-5 calls ahead. What should be a simple call 1 minute call takes 30+ minutes. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
