Please do not use the term HEALTH CARE when referring to this Walgreens. I wouldn’t even call it a business, because most businesses value their customers. Based on the treatment received at this Walgreens, they definitely do NOT value their customers. No one smiles at this Walgreens. No warm greeting. No kindness. Just cold information and directions. “We will get this filled in 30 minutes. Sit down “ if they wore name tags, I would highlight the poor service of one particular customer service (NOT) representative. However, I can understand why they don’t wear name tags, because they don’t want to be named in all of the poor reviews or customer complaints. You’ll easily identify the short, stocky, Caucasian lady with black glasses who I had to deal with. She didn’t help me in any way, shape, or form. I could easily assume that due to my appearance, I was treated “less than” by her. If at all possible, I would NOT go to this Walgreens. I know it’s the ONLY 24 hour in this area, but one would think that THE BEST WALGREENS STORE would be the one to stay open, not the rudest or non-customer oriented store. I really wish I could post pictures of their workers, they are all seriously unhappy.

Pharmacy is need of a MAJOR attitude adjustment, especially the older woman with a pixie cut and glasses. I'm being as nice as possible to their employees after sitting in the drive thru line for 35 minutes or more while I watch them giggle with coworkers instead of helping customers. Every single time I've had to pick up prescriptions, there's been an issue whether the prescription was "lost" or suddenly not called in, after my doctor called in the orders right in front of me before I arrived to Walgreen's. Or getting there, and waiting on them to figure out how to do their jobs. I've always tried to be nice when I get there because I truly do understand that the work can be hard, but there shouldn't be a new issue every single time I stop by. Also, having an attitude with your customers isn't a good look for the company as a whole, and you might want to fix that.

Better hope you have 2 hours to wait in line if there’s 3 or more people/cars in front of you. Just waited 40 mins for them to only get through 2 cars. Inside was even worse. And now I’m leaving without my meds because my lunch break is over. 40 damn minutes to help two people. There’s like 7 of them working inside too. Walgreens used to be great but they all seemed to hire the slowest moving ppl on earth. They pretty much all suck now. It’s like when you get hired here you turn into a long tenured dmv employee.

The doctor sent a prescription to this store for my daughter, 36 hours ago. She has pneumonia and needed her antibiotics. The doctor also wrote a script for cough medicine. Within an hour of the doctor sending the prescription she got a confirmation from Walgreens that they received both prescriptions. 8 hours later they still were not filled. It is now 36 hours later and only one has been filled. My daughter called several times, each time getting a different story. ,One, said that they didn't receive the prescription, #2, said that the prescription was too old to be filled and I needed to talk with the doctor. Also, pharmacist on the phone was nasty! This Walgreens reviews are so bad, that I know complaining at the store won't make a difference. Having a raging case of pneumonia and not being able to get the antibiotics in a timely fashion has prompted my entire family to move their services from this Walgreens to CVS. This is not the only time our family has had problems at this Walgreens and we just let it go. This time, not so much🤒

The only reason I gave 1 star is because of their appointment feature for vaccines, I’ve made two appointments before and they take like 40 minutes to actually give you the vaccine and I noticed the walk ins are checked in much faster, they only wait maybe 10 minutes which is ridiculous. The appointments should be honored and be seen first. They need to change that or take out that appointment feature since it’s pointless if I can just walk in and be seen faster.
