SUPER RUDE LADY! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. At 9:15 pm the lady kept shouting " Are you ready"!? And I am next to about 4 other customers. So I think she was talking to one of them. She shouts ARE YOOUUU READDDYYY!?? Wells shes rushing everyone. Another lady says no and walks . I say no but almost. She shouts when you REAADDY LET ME KNOWW. 2 minutes pass . ARREEE YOUUU REAAADDUUUUYYYY!!!! I look at my phone its 9:18 pm ok they close at 10 pm. I go to check out and to the lady im ready in the calmest way. I pay and she throws my money on the counter in the rudest way. I think she's the manager asian lady.

I am 12 and i got a roblox card couple days ago, I scratched it off and put in the code and it didn't work. so today we went to get a refund but they said they couldn't. So we just got scammed but it dose not end there! they threat us that they were going to call the cops. before this day there was some girl there and she couldn't do anything, she told us to wait for friday. Even though it still wouldn't work at all. So now we have spent 10 dollars down the drain.

This is the location that I always shop at. Went in tonight to get an item. Went up to the cashier and he rung in the price. The item was on sale, but didn't come up. I informed the cashier. He told me to ho back and take a picture of the sign. There were no customers behind me. In fact I was one of about 4 people in the store. I went back to take the picture and showed it to him. He didn't apologize, just called over a manager to void the transaction. She didn't even acknowledge me, all she did was look at my phone at the picture, voided the transaction and left. I know mistakes happen, but not even a I'm sorry. And made me walk back to take a picture. He could have called over a manager to verify price. What if I was handicapped and couldn't go back to take the picture? Poor customer service.

Waiting for an item in lock up long enough to write this review. Nobody is coming. Still. I’m looking in the mirrors at the top of the store and nobody’s coming. The cashier left her post to come help. She’s the only one in today. Praise to her

I certainly hope that the Store Manager (as well as whomever her supervisor's are) are fully aware, and likely reminded daily by customers, just how essential to the organization that this Pharmacy's longest tenured ℞ Technicians, "Marlene" and "Al", have consistently proven to be the linchpins whom will the mantle, stepping naturally into an undefined role of maintaining order within the realm of public perceptions and expectations while simultaneously ensuring that the overall experience of their customers remains unsullied during what are normally very pressing matters internally, i.e., Pharmacists quitting/retiring/being fired and replaced, especially if such a situation results in the loss of the Pharmacy Manager, which then necessitates the dispersement and delegation of an even greater number of impactful responsibilities. ALL of this I've written to say with the express purpose of imparting to any and all managers, that if it we're not for the efforts of the two individuals named herein, I and many other people I personally know, would have long ago moved on from here in hopes of finding a hassle-free experience similar to what this Walgreens Pharmacy had been providing for years up until the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager by the first name of "Ali" entered the picture in place of long time ℞ Manager, Faraday Law. At first, Ali seemed personable and non confrontational, yet it wasn't long until his TRUE personality began to crack beneath his curated facade. I am not going to spend further time within this already very long review just for the purpose of pointing out his extensive lost of character and professional flaws, because if you've experienced having to deal with 'Ali' on any issue which created a dispute (regardless of severity), then you will no doubt be familiar with his temperament (and his 'temper' possibly as well), combined with his unbridled narcissistic ego which only worsened as time passed; to the point of berating customers on a personal level. With this comment, I am beyond elated to have the pleasure of announcing that "Ali" is 'NO LONGER EMPLOYED' with Walgreens Pharmacies! He alone had been responsible for every single Pharmacy related hardship that I and my family have had to endure and I am overjoyed to know that he will no longer have the ability to be the thorn in my side from this point forward. I know that there are other customers of this pharmacy whom had already changed to a new pharmacy, or have been actively looking to do so for months now; this ridiculously long comment is meant for them and I hope they hear the news before making changes
