Pharmacy had me on hold twice for 2 hours total of 4 hours. After 2 hours of being on hold call dropped. Second time I called pharmacy answer put me on hold again and call dropped.

They make you wait FOREVER! Long lines and terrible with their service. Seem short staffed and very unorganized! I waited 30mins in line just to be told I need to wait 15mins again to receive my prescription !! Don’t come here. Go somewhere else that will save you time.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Calling about your medication? Please prepare to wait for 1.5 hours. Want to drop off a prescription? They won't honor the prescription even if it is signed by a doctor. Want to pick up your prescriptions? They frequently lose the prescriptions after filling them. Want it delivered? They will say they are and then won't. Want to make sure all your prescriptions are filled? They'll actually misplace some of the prescriptions from your doctor. Want to get medications approved? They will mess up the insurance request, forcing several visits. In short, if you'd like to make getting medication a part time job and handle staff with a horrible attitude, feel free to go here!

I arrived at the pharmacy right at 9:00 AM when it’s scheduled to open, but the drive-thru was still closed. I went inside to find that the employee was just beginning to open the doors and set up the registers. I wasn’t actually helped until 9:09 AM. If the posted hours say 9:00 AM, the store should be fully ready to serve customers at that time—not still getting prepared.

Do not go to this pharmacy! Worst service! Waiting for days for medication to be done. This is ridiculous!
