Hospital sent over prescriptions for my son that he needed right away. Called pharmacy an hour after to make sure it was received, can’t even talk to an actual person, it’s just the automated machine, eventually it said the prescriptions would be ready after 5pm. Come 5pm that day I go to pick them up and the pharmacy was already closed since Sundays they close at 5pm. If they close at that time then they shouldn’t instruct their customers to come after that time. Had to call the hospital and have the prescriptions sent to a cvs that was 24 hours open, it was a relief since I needed to get the medications that same day. Will be transferring to cvs for my future prescriptions.

The woman with the long black ponytail and accent is super rude. She kept talking down to me like I was a child saying things like "like I said". When she said l"et me tell you something" I lost it and hung up on her Sorry, I don't let people talk to me like that. They were of course as always out of stock of my medically necessary med & wanted me to wait 7 days. The app stated that I'd I transfer it to another Walgreens I could have it the next day. So I did, & I got another message saying 7 days I was forced to go in person because neither store would help me & kept bouncing me back to the other store. When I went in EVERYBODY was having problems. They were bombarded w issues. The grey haired pharmacist gets the 2 stars. He was super nice & handled their mistakes by contacting my dr. When he asked me to have a heart I felt for him, they were taking a beating. The mean clerk talked about me to him saying I was back & forth like I wasn't there I was just trying to get my med, it was an emergency lady! Shane on you! Thank you Mr pharmacist!

Hit and miss, sometimes they are great and attentive sometime they are not…. Wait time varies from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Calling in prescriptions is a pain, 6 times in a row I have been put on hold! Either they are extremely understaffed or just poor customer service. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes just to have someone answer the phone. Get it together Wallgreens

Have a child that needed a very important compound medication, place closes at 5pm on Sunday it was 2pm and they had there blinds half way closed to throw people off or to not help, nope it wasn't super bowl, just a normal Sunday, So, ucsf children's hospital sent over prescription to them, when we got there rude lazy over weight pharmacist assistant told us wait, 45 min to tell us she can't make it, she was screaming our name to get our attention when there was not a need for that, a simple excuse me or simple normal tone name call would of worked, like she had no respect for HIPPA, showed no empathy, no dignity, no knowledge, as she appeared to train another employee, like they are trustworthy in people which neglected to care for a 5year old are out training future employees. She playing with patients lives, I truly think she thinks that me being Hispanic I wouldn't say anything to a supervisor. I asked for one, got another employee that knew what she should have said. So no supervisor so hint the review, Worst , horrible, last place on earth you want to look for a prescription. Also since the employees don't know there own company.... please know if you need a specialty prescription by Walgreens the one at valley children's offers that, why does Walgreens have terrible service across the valley? is there a district manager who cares? Hopefully they get sued for negligence and this works as evidence one day, I hope this helps another person not go through this.

They contently hang up on you at the pharmacy or put you on hold then hanging up and can never find the prescription that your doctor sent in creating a hassle for you. Don't come here their service is bad.
