I have never had as much issues with my prescriptions as I have with this pharmacy. First of all, they close two hours earlier than most pharmacies, second of all, they never seem to have the prescriptions that I need always out of stock which results in a severe delay in me getting my life saving medication, third of all as an brand new patient I had issues figuring out why the prescription I wanted wasn’t filled out and it lead to issues with my doctor and now I have no doctor because of this pharmacy I had to not only change doctors but change to get a different pharmacy and I had just changed to this one and already have ongoing issues no chronically ill patient would want to have. So I agree with what someone previously commented that if you are relying on this pharmacy for life saving medication do yourself a favor and look for a better pharmacy that will do their job and take proper care of you. This pharmacy seems to slack off way too much. Always have excuses also.

You guys need to have both cashier checking lanes open at all times. It's called customer service. Your self checkout is a joke. Half the time items won't scan or a notice comes up that an employee has to manually clear. Also, since I'm not professionally trained as a cashier it's not my fault if I forget to scan an item. But you guys make it seem like it is. So, make like a billion plus dollar company and provide better service.

I would stay away from this pharmacy unless all you need is a cough drop. If you need real meds like those given after an amputation surgery they will make you wait 3 days or not fill at all because of some excuse about needing the doctor to call when the doctor is the one who sent in the prescription.

Pharmacist is rude, you are there to take a test and he yelled at me for doing something he did not explain correctly. If you don't want anyone opening or touching something, say do not touch or open. Be clear on your directions! Then, he has the audacity to tell me if you don't do it right is not my test. First be clear, I get you have a thick accent, but I repeatedly said, I had trouble understanding you don't tell at me or anyone, that is just plain rude! If you have to give instructions, have some patience with the people that help out your salary.

I absolutely love coming to this pharmacy. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I always have questions, they always help me get the answers. I have been using this particular pharmacy for six years. I am in the drive thru weekly. Sometimes daily. Everyone works very hard to get everyone taken care of in a timely way. I highly recommend this awesome place!
