Absolutely, hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. They have no system in place to know if they have received your prescription or have begun the process of filling your meds. The website is useless and tells you nothing at all. You just have to keep calling in to check, having to speak with a staff member. When you do, all that employee can tell you is "Uh, we don't have anything for you received...Duh...." Please, what decade is the WalMart pharmacy operating in? Walgreens pharmacy who I've been with happily for 25 years immediately notifies just after your visit with your doctor that your prescriptions have been received and the process of filling them has began. Walmart pharmacy left me in the dark completely, and I could not deal with them for even just 24 hours. I don't understand how people can use this pharmacy. There is a way better way people!

My daughter went to the store and came out to just to be followed by a creepy/weirdo security officer who made comments about if she used the restroom and other comments? It made her feel very uncomfortable. When I called in to file a complaint, one of the Agents , who answered the phone and identified herself, as operator on several occasions, was rude, and had a consistent tone in her (voice) attitude who knows maybe it was just permanent. I spoke with the manager and let her know the time it happened and it happened right in front of the store so it should be on camera and I asked her not to delete the footage because he needs to be reprimanded and I’m going to file a police report. What he did was very creepy. I also called the 800. Number to file a complaint and. The agent who answered, pretend to speak Spanish, and that one ounce of English. And the other person disconnected the phone call as in if this wasn’t serious enough to be reporting. Hopefully she does not have daughter or granddaughters and something like this doesn’t happen to them or even her. I really hope they did a thorough background check. On the security officer.

I've gone there many a time because it's geographically convenient for me. I've had mostly good experiences with the staff there but the clientele sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday for instance I was going to pay for my merchandise using my debit card and the one client behind me had her cart in my way and she didn't get the hint that I needed to pay for My merchandise so she could move out of my way. The cashier had to tell her to move out of the way. I was accused by another client of being rude but she was the rude one here. She misgendered me by either calling me an "it" or"she" Thankfully the cashier was respectful enough to use my correct pronouns
