04/17/2026 This CVS is barely staffed. I saw one security person and a cashier. Where’s everyone? Also, the fridge was not working so the drink I got was lukewarm. Still, parking was easy and got the items I needed.

Female cashier with the orange dyed hair needs further training and a better attitude. I accidentally pressed “no receipt” after paying. I asked if she could reprint my receipt. She said she couldn’t because I pressed no receipt. That if I had pressed emailed receipt she could. I said that didn’t make sense, that my purchase was still in their system regardless of whether or not I pressed “no receipt.” I insisted and asked if she could call someone else and she gave me an attitude/ rolled her eyes. She did end up calling up a gentleman who to no surprise, was indeed able to print the receipt!! Her attitude was unnecessary and understanding how purchases/receipts work should be the bare minimum.

I bought a bottle of tequila and they offered me a bag. I put it in the bag and walked outside. The bottle fell through the bag and broke. I walked back in the side and they would not offer me a discount or even to replace the bottle. I honestly can't believe they could do anything. The manager Humberto herrera couldn't even offer a discount. I believe something could have been done and he chose not to. It's a terrible example of a supervisor, as well as a store that is here supposedly for the community.

This CVS is in walking distance of where I am staying so I go often. The inventory is lacking in some areas and the store is not as nice as other locations. The staff is always nice and professional. The folks working in the pharmacy area should smile more.

Store is clean shelves stocked, pharmacy was a tad busy and associates did get us as fast as she could,and was very polite. Drive thru is closed. Bathroom next to pharmacy needs a cleaning. Toilet paper on floor
