I absolutely love that this pharmacy is a 24-hour one. I can pick-up either early in the morning or late at night! The store isn't open 24-hours though; just the pharmacy. You can purchase some over the counter medicines through the pharmacy window as well. This store is very convenient.

Liars!!!! Not 24hours!!!!! Drove all the way there because u can’t call and ask the hours!!! Got told by the worker sorry have to close the store to take my break!!! Refused to let me go to the pharmacy!! Why even work there? U don’t care about sick people!!! Why put 24 hours when ur not!! Useless!!!

CVS Pharmacy Traffic circle are slow, they don’t take responsibility for their work when orders are not ready, but they inconvenience customers and make excuses for their slowness. They should also stagger staff lunch so Pharmacy isn’t closed…further inconveniencing customers on work break running errands. This location can’t get any worse, so hopefully they make changes.

My doctor prescribed a medication 10 days ago, and it still hasn’t been filled. Each time I visit or call, I’m told it will be ready the next day, but there has been no progress. I’ve never had this kind of issue with other CVS stores before.

Unfortunately I have had numerous experiences where this pharmacy has made mistakes with my prescriptions. It wouldn’t be a big deal if I weren’t treated so poorly every time they make a mistake. Every time they make a mistake they speak down to me, interrupt me, and make me feel like I have done something wrong or like I am overreacting because I’m nervous that my medication is incorrect or won’t be filled in time. I am not a trained pharmacist, so it is not my job to make sure they properly fill my prescriptions. One of the times they got it wrong, the pharmacist told me it was “not a big deal” that I had been prescribed my birth control incorrectly and had been given the wrong dosage. They are the closest one to my house which is the only reason I go there. But I am considering trying to find another location that doesn’t make their clients feel like a nuisance.
