Love this pharmacy. The whole team lead by pharmacists Kelly, and Sean always do a great job. Kudos to Andy for always being one step ahead...and for going above what's expected

It was fine before, but when I went there today, I felt that they didn't want to help patients at all, and were trying to push patients out. At first, she said she wanted to recommend another CVS to me, but then for some reason she didn't do it... She took me to a row of medicine cabinets and said there were medicines that cost more than $3. Later, after handing me over to the Target staff, the staff recommended a $30 medicine to me... In the end, everything came to nothing!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a pharmacist named Kelly. I called to ask about my prescription, and instead of helping, she spoke to me with a rude, dismissive attitude. She repeatedly told me “obviously you didn’t have the prescription at this CVS,” even though she had repeated the exact medication name back to me three times. When I went in person, another staff member found the prescription immediately. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, Kelly tried to blame me for “saying the wrong prescription name.” Keep in mind… she repeated the correct to me on the phone, THREE TIMES and kept saying it wasn’t at this location and I “clearly didn’t receive the call from this location because they wouldn’t have called about a prescription they don’t have.” It was clear she just didn’t want to admit she was wrong. Her attitude , passive aggressiveness, and lack of professionalism were completely unnecessary.

I asked for basic Pepcid pills over the counter whilst she gave me the one with MAXIMUM STRENGTH in acid reduce which was not necessarily what I really needed. Don’t they need to understand the patient needs in order to pick the medication?
