The waiting times are crazy! Huge lines all the time. And borderline unsafe, the chairs and waiting area in front of the pick up stand is horrendous. They didn’t even have a pen to sign with at the signature terminal. I was told to sign with my finger on the unclean and gross terminal. They need more staffing and higher standards.

The pharmacy technicians at this place act like they made it in life with their attitudes no compassion at all. They have the worst communication skills can’t explain anything this pharmacy is a complete joke

I usually try to pick up my Rx's at the opening of the pharmacy. I waited 30 minutes and once the pharmacy was open, it took a couple of minutes. I spent more time waiting for someone to help me get a tube of toothpaste. And had to wait for a cashier to be available. You need more cashiers. Other than that it was fine. I really would like it if the pharmacy would be open before 9 am.

The store itself is ok. It's conveniently located near me, a big deal when your making frequent trips to the Pharmacy. It's your typical drug store where you can find what you need. The occasional deal on everyday items is also a plus. They could do better on pricing. They also could do better on mantaing inventory. When things run out the shelfves dont get restocked very quickly. The problem I have is the customer service. Half the time employees don't seem to notice, or care about customer service and many don't. A recent experience I had with a cashier he was straight up unapologetic with his rude condescending attitude. I asked him to do a split transaction using a prepaid credit card. I new the amount remains, and asked him to charge for the specific amount and asked him not to rum for the full total. He did exactly what I asked him not to do. Your card was declined, sir. I said no, you ran it for the full amount. He asked for another form of payment. His attitude was offensive. I said no, run it for the amount I told you was on the card. He reluctantly ran the transaction. As I had first asked and the transaction went thru no problem. He kind of scoffed and wouldn't look at me. I told him it's OK to apologize. He ignored me and looked away. The attitude is contagious with some of the employees.
