The pharmacist/team member was very considerate in handling the two pairs of prescription eyeglasses I purchased, taking care to avoid any scratches. She also offered flexible options—either waiting for my additional prescription or picking it up the next day. Her efficiency and professionalism were much appreciated.

Went in at 3pm on last day of pick up date. But they had already put back the prescription even though they were not closing until 5pm. Had to make another trip as a result.

This place has such top of the line loss prevention that I was personally accosted as soon as i stepped one foot in the door and told I had to leave. I asked "are you closed" he replied that it was his right to refuse me service. I said "why would you want to refuse me service ?" He again said "it was his right ". Ok I went instead across the street to whole foods.

Excellent service! As soon as my doctor sent the prescription, they called me right away to keep me informed about when the medication would be available. Plus, with the app, everything is super easy to manage.

Poor customer service BS virtual assistant more automated BS I moving my meds to another business.
