Everyone here is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s such a refreshing change from the typical big-chain pharmacy experience. Highly recommend supporting this independent pharmacy!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Somehow they are *worse* than Comcast. They are the only pharmacy in the Bay Area that is part of a particular name-brand medication's pharmacy network (the drug is new so still protected and name-brand only). It's 5x more expensive at other pharmacies and more of a hassle to even get it to that price. However, I will pay and deal with that gladly to not have to deal with Access Pharmacy again. Out of 5 (6? I forget) times of getting a prescription filled, they managed to do it right once. Two prescriptions ago, they didn't fill & deliver the prescription for a week and a half after they received it and only did then because I called asking where it was. Not only had they not sent it out, they hadn't even *ordered* it, despite getting the prescription from the doctor on time. Cue the next month, where they are refusing to ship the next fill of a 30 day prescription until 31 days after the last prescription was received, which means with shipping time, at best I'll get it 32 days after I received the previous prescription leaving me without medication for 2 days. That is almost 2 weeks within 2 prescriptions that Access Pharmacy is *directly* responsible for me not having medication through their own incompetence (and apparently lack of understanding that some months have 31 days in them, but even if they understood that they would only have shipped it one day earlier and I would still be without medication for 1 day). And what's more, when I was trying to get them to acknowledge that January has 31 days and they would be leaving me without medication for multiple days, I heard their customer service supervisor telling the rep talking to me to "get him off the phone, you have other calls to take". And then the customer service rep told me that. Their solution to customers pointing out their own screw ups is "Eh, not our problem" and hang up the phone. This same customer service rep also put me on hold immediately after I connected without a word spoken (he claimed he said something and I "didn't hear it" but the call went from ringing to 1 second of silence to hold music).

I work so their hours are a little frustrating but when I got there I was seen immediately, was given my prescription super quickly, and the woman who helped me was very kind. The prescription even cost less than it wouldve with the coupon I'd been given so I didnt even have to use it. Thank you all at this pharmacy very much.

I've never had a problem and Dan and the delivery crew have very helpful everytime I talk to them. 5 stars for ya'll! Keep up the amazing work:)

I read good reviews on this pharmacy but I was sorely disappointed. No customer service. Could not get my meds; really?
