Somewhere in the USA there is a worse CVS, but I have no idea where that might be. If you can go to a different pharmacy, do so. Expect: Low or missing inventory in what they do carry. Incorrect or poorly placed price signs. Not much inventory that reflects the neighborhood. No staff to help find stuff or get items behind the ever expanding glass cases. 2 security guards, one shoplifting monitor. The door guard is heavily armed. Rarely are there that many employees at the checkout registers. The idea that they would make it clear where to stand in line to pay has not occurred to the management. The main entrance on 41st has never been repaired and the spot is blocked by stacked merchandise. When you do get to talk with them expect shoddy service, a shug if you ask for something, blank stares, insufficient English and a "hurry up and pay" attitude. They don't want to be bothered and I think that they are best taken at their word.

The people inside are pleasant and try to be helpful so no problems there. I’ve taken off 2 stars because their photo printer is awful. It turned a white background into a brownish background and added a yellow glare tint to people’s skin. I printed the same photo at Walgreens and the photo came out looking like a normal photo. A heads up for folks who need a quick photo printed.

This CVS location of convenient for me. They have what I need in stock and the staff are all friendly and helpful. When I need to pick up a prescription, the line tends to move very quickly. I'm very happy with this store.

Let's just say horrible and bizarre experience! I moved my primary CVS to this location due to the convenience. Well, first I was stalked by the security guard as he proceeded to dance in front of me. I was picking up a new prescription and requested a pharmacist consultation and he proceeded to inform me with as little information as possible until I continuously prompted him for more. The prescription pick up was seamless, and quite pleasant but as a rating based on the numerous CVS' I patronize though-out the US, this was awful.

A busy CVS that actually has full shelves / inventory! Other than being an easy place to grab a snack or drink, I've also gotten shots here and the staff was outstanding. It took me about 15 minutes total to get a walk in Tetanus booster. This is BY FAR the best CVS I've been to, lots of staff that's always friendly (most of the far east bay ones are nearly empty of inventory and staff)
