diep man 11 months agoI always thought the staff at this pharmacy were kind and respectful, but my recent phone call was disappointing. I had a few things I wasn’t sure about, so I asked for clarification to make sure I understood correctly. However, the person who answered spoke to me in a harsh tone and seemed annoyed. I even heard her quietly complaining during the call, but it was still loud enough for me to hear. This made me feel hurt and disrespected. I believe the staff member I spoke with might be of Vietnamese-Chinese background. I truly respect the hard work of pharmacy staff, but I hope customers can always be treated with patience and kindness, especially when they are trying to understand their medications clearly
