I hope there is a way to submit the complaint, my drug is prescribed by the doctor due to I am not comfortable to buy otc since it’s for pregnancy, super easy to buy wrong drug. But when I try to pickup my drug in OTC, the pharmacies just let me take any random by myself instead of follow doctor prescribed drug, and it said clearly it will cost zero through my insurance, but they want me take otc drug, I have to pay through my pocket. The thing I am super unhappy is, I keep persist can you just deliver based on prescription? I don’t want to take any risky to take the wrong medication. They don’t worth my time to type more. It’s insane based on my experience.

Wow! No waiting, excellent smart, friendly and resourceful service member at the window!! I am impressed. It is faster to fill a prescription by driving to Oakland instead of going to the Walnut Creek location and sitting there for 20 - 30 minutes.

Kaiser is a nice hospital. I do think there are staffing issues and more than a few strikes recently make it hard to feel like you are getting great care.

My prescription pickup was relatively fast and painless. If you’re not at the hospital, Kaiser has another pharmacy in the new medical office building across the street which you can call into.
