We at the San Diego Public Defenders Office deal with the pharmacy on C Street downtown San Diego daily picking up client medication. Sonny, Russ and the whole team are amazing! Very helpful, polite, the best pharmacy team hands down. They get 5 stars !!!!

Their AI voice assistant when you call the pharmacy has absolutely no clue what's going on so I recommend not believing what it tells you regarding your prescription status or anything for that matter as 3 separate times I was given different false information regarding multiple things I was needing help with.

The CVS near me in downtown San Diego is very busy and is at a trolley stop but also has a lot of street/homeless people to contend with. I've always gotten great service at the pharmacy there but tonight there was a woman with obvious mental problems harassing the pharmacist while he waited on me. She was disgusting. But the pharmacist...and I kick myself for not getting his name...was totally professional the whole time. When I got to the front I told an employee what was happening so they could send a security guard back there to help. I just felt bad for him. He was a nice Asian man and I'll be sure to get his name next time so I can let the store know how nice he was.
