anay, the head pharmacist is the best. She is friendly, helpful and will easily explain any questions I may have. However Nora has been a consistent challenge to deal with. I feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome whenever I have dealt with her. She asked way too many personal questions about why the prescription I needed was prescribed one day early- I was traveling and my doctors team confirmed that with her. She was relentless and made me very frustrated and angry. She is difficult to understand and doesn't act very professional. She even asked where I was traveling, when I would be back and why I couldn't fill my prescription at my travel destination. I would change pharmacies except for the fact that Janay is very professional, friendly and I am glad she is there at CVS. I do not think Nora is qualified enough to be a team member at such a high paced, high pressure pharmacy. Additionally her communication skills are extremely poor. CVS has been my pharmacy for years wherever I have lived and I don't want her to be the reason to change now.

They keep resending my medication to a different CVS pharmacy why I have no idea. I’m talking about Mojarro 50 mg. I was supposed to pick it up today tomorrow at my Pharmacy at 3:13 Washington and somehow they send it now I got a message that I gotta go to a different pharmacy why is that?

It’s IMPOSSIBLE to deal with the A-I feature! So frustrating trying to deal with the pharmacy by telephone. CVS denied refill. I called my doctor. Doctor’s office said the prescription had been extended forward at my last CVS refill. Told me to re-check with CVS. Tried to call CVS and was sent into round & round & round & round of AI. Refused to allow me to talk with the pharmacy. Need to simplify this process.

There’s a new AI feature which basically is programmed to end your call and not connect you to the pharmacist! Several calls to the pharmacist asking for a refill basically went nowhere. They are not a Customer friendly location and they are not 24/7 anymore.

I Do Not Know How They Perp'ed This Fraud! Someway, somehow, this location was able to wipe away (including my own) all the reviews about this location! No matter! I will be happy to write again! Now, on top of everything else I said about this place: poor service; inappropriate scrutiny and prejudicial screening by their Pharmacy staff; lack of product; and homeless people hanging around - the pictures they posted for this are review are not real! Only the panorama one is the correct. These other pics are taken from some architecture plan CVS created. What liars! If all of this does not convince you this Store and/company is not worthy of your business, I do not what will! I would give less than minus 5 stars because of the outright speciousness and blatant review tampering!
