After waiting over an hour for prescription request to be sent to pharmacy. I get to pharmacy for them to be “out” of a seasonal medication they should have in-stock. First they said someone was working on filling my medication…when I presented my VA card the tune changed to them NOT having medication in-stock.

I have been going to pride pharmacy for almost 4 years now and recently the service is just absolutely horrendous. If you get Danny you're going to get someone that's rude short with you and laughs at you. They tell me wrong information and just make the experience of getting medication more trouble than its worth. I wanted to show my support by giving my business to this pharmacy but I will not give them a penny more and will switch to another pharmacy due to the lack of respect.

I used Pride for two years and had a very good experience. Nice to be able to support the independent businesses sometimes! Only switched because I moved out of town.

Morning front desk guy as RUDE! He has an attitude til I gave him one and he changed his tone. one thing, you not happy find another job, if you love your job then show it

I was able to transfer my prescriptions very easily and quickly! The medication was also filled quickly. My only complaint is that I am taking a controlled substance that is on backorder. Before I transferred my prescriptions in, I explicitly asked whether this medication is available or whether I would have problems filling the prescription at this pharmacy. I asked over the phone and also in person. Both times I was told that I would not have a problem with this prescription. My controlled prescription was sent in earlier this week and wasn't filled as quickly, which I was fine with. I called today just to double check and was told that they do not carry this medication. This is disappointing as it is difficult to access and I was told twice before that there would be no issues. I'm very happy with the customer service, so the average patient will have no issue. Just advising people to triple check for the availability of any special medications.
