The staff is wonderful. 😊 However, the tech person who designed the new voice mail system is creating a lot of trouble for both patients and staff. So much so, that most everyone is now bypassing the system and directly calling the Pharmacy staff. If you can revert to the old voice mail system that would save a lot of time and effort. Thanks much

Hands down the nicest most helpful pharmacy staff. Text notifications make it a breeze to plan visits. They are always willing to fill a needed prescription, just give them a call and ask nicely.

I don't know how it takes them a week to fill a prescription, but it really rubs me the wrong way. Especially the way the pharmacy techs will just give you a random amount of time for your prescription to be ready. I've found that the most effective way to get them to actually fill your meds is to show up in person and wait.

I’ve been waiting WEEKS for my medication that I am supposed to be taking daily. The staff just keeps telling me it will be here tomorrow and when I call the next day it’s not there! They just say check again tomorrow. They refuse to switch it to another Ralphs. So frustrating how the hell do I get my medication!??

Professional, YET, they all enjoy a smile + a laugh ! I'm always asked how my dog is.....my former dog passed last summer, + they knew I was depressed, so were extra kind during tbis time. I do not like to see everybody + their mama, so to speak, bringing not- ADA approved dogs in stores, but maybe I will have them step outta store on brealk to see my dog. Dont get me wtong, I love animals!!!! However, I dont feel a dog needs to go griceru shopping. Ive seen them " do their business" in stores!
