Communication regarding my prescriptions needs improvement. When a problem arises, occasionally I will receive a call. There are too many times I have no (call) communication as to what is happening with my prescription. Perhaps, I need instruction on how to enable notifications on iPhone, so when a prescription is complete, I am notified. I prefer this pharmacy due to its locality; four blocks away. There are other pharmacies that are closer, but CVS and Walgreens have such horrible reputations that there is no way I'd patronize these outfits. I predict they will soon become defunct, primarily based on huge errors that are illegal. I will continue to patronize SRS downtown pharmacy because I'm confident this issue can improve, plus I observe how Ryan and Karen's counseling techniques are 'spot–on.' Side note: before nursing I worked in a huge level one trauma center, in & outpt pharmacy for 19 years (CPhT) 20 APR 2026 Update: Communication Issue! Today is 20 APR 2026. I have requested information on my prescription at least three times in the last 2 days. No reply. When requesting a refill or authorization for a refill you are able to enter comments for the prescription. I enter comments but who is reading them? Of course, i cannot answer that question. I require an answer to the questions and concerns I leave. I do not call because i realize they are busy. Therefore, i choose to leave the comment (it’s a choice, offered).

They are fantastic! They're always quick to fill new prescriptions! Great customer service, friendly cashiers and pharmacists.

The older Hispanic lady is rude and looks at others with disdain written all over her face. It's quite hurtful and wounds orhers. She is by no means kind. I hate going to this pharmacy and have a far better experience when in walking others. The young lady there is very kind and in my observation she is kind to everyone equally right across the board. Thanks for listening. I pray the employees there just by chance will read this and not think too highly of themselves so as not to do a little self reflection and try a little professional kindness with a touch of gratitude First of all they woke up to see another day! They have a place of employment. God owes us nothing. I ask you for nothing! I mean it really!!!! Today somewhere a loved one didn't wake up and there are tears pouring out in grief! Staff enjoys being really rude. Like mimic you,, disrespectful rude. They like to get upset when called out for not doing their job. They enjoy deflecting the lack of service with requests for you do their leg work instead of apologizing and correcting their errors.. I've Complained to management but service doesn't improve. Also, manager never seems to be in to receive complaint directly. Either manager is truly never there which would make sense for the terrible service since no one supervises or corrects behavior. Or they like to lie so they are not accountable for their actions.
