This CVS sits within a Target store in a large plaza. The CVS section offers a concentrated version of a larger CVS with healthcare items personal care items, tooth care, supplies, shampoos, and cold medication’s even though this is a CVS pharmacy shoppers pay for their purchases along with all target purchases at the target checkout counters the store offers wide entry accessible doors and accessible venue with wide aisles department signs are a very large and readable. I get a little confused by the aisle markers because C7 is across from P 10. The pharmacy itself for prescriptions has reduced hours from the target store. Be aware that all CVS pharmacies close from 1:30 PM to 2 PM every day for a very needed break for the busy pharmacy employees Today I found color changing toothpaste for my grandson, several cold items in a wide variety of cough drops Free Van accessible parking in a lot in front of target with adequate curb cuts men’s, and women’s restrooms offer a dedicated accessible stall with two grab bars and 5‘ x 5‘ space

CVS on Coleman at Target store has the most professional and conscientious staff of any other CVS pharmacy I have been to. Th prescriptions are filled quickly. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, patient, and competent. The clerks are very nice. They are always very busy but when I approach the counter, I feel welcomed and appreciated.

The folks at CVS Pharmacy in College Center are some of the busiest professionals I see all week! They package orders, give vaccines, review med-histories, answer questions and navigate insurance issues. The staff is likewise welcoming, upbeat, and very knowledgeable about the meds I've needed to pick up. A special thanks to Anna and Pharmacists Nirav and Whitney!

Absolutely terrible experience. CVS relies on an AI bot that is completely incapable of handling real healthcare needs. It’s impossible to speak with a human, impossible to resolve basic issues, and the bot just loops endlessly with irrelevant answers. This is not just inconvenient it is dangerous in a healthcare setting where people need timely, accurate assistance. Using a broken AI system as a barrier between patients and care is unacceptable. Healthcare requires empathy, judgment, and accountability. This AI provides none of that. CVS should be ashamed for prioritizing cost cutting over patient safety. This system should not exist in healthcare.

If anyone has noticed, the Coleman CVS handles an incredible amount of prescriptions. As others have commented, many of us using CVS Alameda moved to the Coleman location. Despite all this and the small space allocated to the pharmacy itself, in my experience, they do an amazing job and are the best staff I’ve experienced. I have been to other branches in Campbell, Belmont, Berryessa and the Coleman location is better, more customer friendly, and efficient. Some have justifiably complained about the voice messaging system changes. It does need work as do almost all the systems I now experience. Let’s hope CVS can use the criticisms to improve. I have used CVS Coleman for 3 years and although Target there has its ups and downs, I will continue to use this pharmacy for all of our prescription needs. We do have other options close by, but I prefer to stay with this pharmacy because it’s the best one we have.
