Compliance Warning - Unauthorized Plan Changes! All agents should add the following screening step to their workflow immediately. When speaking with clients, ask specifically which pharmacy they use. If they use McKee Pharmacy advise them to never provide their Medicare MBI or Social Security information to pharmacy staff for anything other than standard prescription processing. It has been reported that this pharmacy is misleading seniors by claiming their current insurance is "not accepted." They then use the member's information to: 1. Switch the member to a standalone Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) or a different Medicare Advantage plan without consent. 2. Churn the enrollment back and forth to designate a specific outside partner as the Agent of Record (AOR). 3. Collect commissions/kickbacks while disrupting the member's continuity of care. To the Pharmacy & Involved Parties * To Staff: Your role is to dispense medication, not to provide fraudulent insurance advice. Stop telling seniors their valid insurance isn't accepted to facilitate these transfers. * To the AORs: We are monitoring these unauthorized enrollments. If a client is moved without their express permission, formal allegations will be filed with CMS and the Department of Insurance against the writing agent. Protect your license--do not accept leads or enrollments from unethical sources. Update to the owner’s response. Of course my name would not be in your system, as I am not the patient. My concern is for my clients, who have been affected at both your pharmacy and the Jackson location, and this is not the first time this has happened. When situations like this occur, the member comes to me extremely upset and confused about why they were enrolled in a standalone drug plan and why their current plan was terminated. This creates a lot of unnecessary stress for them. It’s possible this may be something happening at the staff level without your awareness, and I understand that. However, due to repeated issues like this, I advise my members to use major pharmacies, even though I would prefer to support local, independent pharmacies.

The ladies at the front desk are rude and they think they know everything. They both have a bad attitude. I will never hire them if I am the owner.

As good as you can find. Easy to get to, free parking, Dr. Austin Wang was super helpful to me. I had neglected to make an appointment to come get vaccinated, and I showed up very late, and Dr. Wang got me in and got me my shot and I was out of there super-quick.

Friendly helpful staff. I did not have to wait wait long to get my medications I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. There's plenty of parking but it's hard to see from the main road.

The staff if very speedy and efficient when distributing prescriptions. My family has been going to this pharmacy for 2 generations and are very happy with the service
