The people over the phone are NO HELP WHATSOEVER. And my primary care doctor only sees her patients every 3 months and I was supposed to get cleared for a job and that could have been very quick. Now I will have to wait till next year to see her and she works at this specific location.

Plenty of parking on the back. There's a sign that says "Urgent Care is FULL" but it's only half filled. I still checked in with no problem. But In April or May of 2024, the admission lady said "they'd reach the capacity" although the waiting room isn't full. Also, I've run into issues here a few times about my insurance at the UC & pharmacy. Last time the Asian guy told me I have Kaiser (which no longer valid cuz I quit). I told him that it's no longer valid cuz I have new one. He gave me a number to call. The agent rep insisted that they need a letter from my insurance (which also pointing fingers to them). This happened 2x. Kaiser was automatic but not the new one? I was turned down twice at the urgent care. This is unacceptable. They said they can't bill the insurance. I never had an issue at Kaiser with my multiple visits the ER & always has my new insurance. Then why I have PCP & other doctors at VMC if they can't bill my new insurance? On 6/17, they called me to let me know that they can't give me my med cuz I have Kaiser (which was canceled a year ago). This is ridiculous cuz I have no medicine for 3 days now. They told me a TOTALLY different instruction this time & I need to go to the office. Different story now. This is making my anxiety worse without my medication. They can't see that my prescription was issued by my PCP there? I'll update this.

Please someone has to check with the doctor David and see if he has proof of being a doctor.. He saying I am not writing the medicine in case your insurance is not covering then your not be able to pay it. Go to Walgreens and get your medicine 💊.. He is so sleepy and not active 😴 Someone go as example and test him if I am wrong.. I told him Walgreens has 1000 kind allergy medicine.. you as doctor recommend me the best one can you? He was so confused.. AI will recommend the Zyrtec as well for allergy but what is this doctor jobs here for ? He never see 👀 and examine me he even not see under my face mask to look for a symptoms 😐. Simple check will gives you the answer what we needs.. checking it's required to apply properly medicine for the patients not just lessening for their nightmares.. or when was the last time you drink and drive

I was in this urgent care facility with a patient.. we had no medical insurance and were being rejected really badly and removed from urgent care.. I was ready to pay any cost out of pocket if needed but their was 2 un educated womans at front desk very rude 😒 didn't help.. they don't care in what ever conditions your.. no humanity available in this facility

Terrible Urgent Care Doctor Tsai - 03 25, 2026 Went to see my New PCP. They instructed me to get prescriptions filled at Urgent Care until my Doctor can see me. Advised Urgent Care Doctor & not only does he not fill my prescription, but begins asking questions, how many years since 2006, it’s not something I can just go without. He says let me go ask a question, then he doesn’t even come back a Nurse on Duty had to ask me what I needed. Now I don’t have my prescriptions I take daily & I don’t have a PCP, or an Urgent Care that will let me know where the heck I gotta go.
