Pharmacy staff will put you on hold for 45 minutes, then when you explain your issue and what your insurance told you, they will ignore everything you said and tell you to come in and they will have your medication. When you come in, nearly dying and in need of your medication they will deny it and say the person you spoke with didn't understand the situation you explained to them, no matter how clearly you explained. They will try to charge you hundreds of dollars for medication your insurance has covered for years with no sympathy or care, and act like it's your fault there is an issue. One star is too generous

I would give it a 0 star if there was an option. I made an appointment to get a vaccination shot at 1:45pm and got confirmation from Walgreens website and email. When I arrived at 1:25, the staff told me they will have a lunch break from 1:30pm and need to cancel my appointment. It is very so annoying that they can’t execute what their appointment service committed to. Very poor managed as a company and service location!!!
