Waited about ten minutes to get a prescription while a lady in the back was watching us the whole time. Didn’t offer help, didn’t seem interested. These pharmacists get paid way too much to just stand there and take our order. Glorified fast food workers honestly.

Went there to get my flu shot and it was an easy and pleasant experience. I used to have a pharmacy on The Alameda as "my" pharmacy but they're closing down - the whole store. I've been going to this "small" Walmart pretty often, at least once a week, so I tried the pharmacy here and it went great. This is good because I'm due for a bunch of other immunizations and it's nice to know I can just go here and get them done. The pharmacist is very nice and professional and frankly, this is better than my old place.

Pharmacist called me to remind me to pick up my prescription. I didn't know my doctor called one in. So that was great. Previous experience there was ok but not very useful they couldn't change my regular prescription to the correct manufacturer so I was not happy because the one I got made me feel unwell. The guy told me I would have to wait another day or 2 for it be get approved. Iwhat??? I needed it daily for high blood pressure so I couldn't wait. I filled it over at Walgreens and did not use the one I got here. Wasted one of my refills on the one they filled. That sucked.

Very poorly managed vaccination process. I had my vaccine scheduled 3 weeks ago. I called the day before and they confirmed that they had my appointment and vaccine available. I missed work to get the vaccine, then I showed up to my appointment for they to tell me that they don't have one available for me. Poorly trained staff for sharing misinformation about the available of the vaccine. Beyond the poor training, it is even unethical to waste peoples' time in such a way knowing the importance of their job.

UNBELIEVABLE. I'm having my first root canal tomorrow, not excited about that and now they are telling me they won't give me what the doctor prescribed. Dentist told me to pick up day before. Apparently, they've called a doctor on call and MAYBE they'll get back to me. It's Sunday, no one's calling back, this pharmacy closes in 2 f****** hours and my procedure is at 830am tomorrow. Thanks as****** I will not be back.
