I love Capsule! This is the third time I’ve used them. They process my prescriptions almost immediately after being sent in and deliver to my door within hours. No waiting in line at the pharmacy or accidentally sending it to the wrong location. App is easy and accurate. Delivery drivers are always so nice and efficient. 10/10 recommend!!

Terrific service we often get the medicine within a few hours of our order. For medicines that are not dangerous to the public. They should be able to leave them at the door and take a photograph to prove that they did so, but they do require somebody currently to be at home.

As long as you speak to a human being, it’s a delightful experience. They’re adaptive and the delivery service is chef’s kiss. I used to stress so hard on going to a pharmacy and wait and wait, but the delivery service and helpers are lovely. Victoria is the best!

I have been with Capsule for a few years, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The delivery is so efficient and convenient, and the app is very easy to use. On the day you schedule delivery, you receive a window of time in which your medication will be delivered. The order is actually GPS tracked, so you know exactly when it arrives. I have had the most positive experiences with one of the drivers for Capsule - Victoria. She is extremely personable and goes above and beyond to get your medication to you. I missed her call during a delivery time slot, and she circled back to bring my my medication 15 minutes later. I've also changed the delivery address of my medications at last minute, and Victoria was super accommodating. Thank you Victoria!
