Pharmacist Jordan at 2129 14 St.NW CVS he's the best 👌 Always go out his way to help the customers. There's also a female Pharmacist that's extremely helpful as well,once I find out her name I'll be glad to post and give her a shout out... Thank you CVS

Our neighborhood's Chernobyl CVS - So called because their shelves are ALWAYS empty or barely half stocked with many items being unavailable. I go there pretty regularly because CVS carries brands I like and there are very few to no other nearby options. But with almost every visit they're completely out of what i need, or there's only one item left. It's very frustrating and feels like a third world country. Other shoppers have commented the same. I gave 3 stars only because the staff at this CVS is very nice, and they aim to please. I feel sorry that they have so little to work with.

Impossible bro open bottles on some prescriptions. Pharmacy doesn't help customers.

The store clerk was extremley helpful because there was some difficulty appying coupons. She was friendly. efficient, and a great asset to the CVS team This was the Catherdral Commons CVS location in Washington DC Fr. Stuart

SHAME ON YOU This has been my trusted pharmacy for years. I was recently prescribed a hormone patch for menopause symptoms, which this CVS doesn’t have in stock, so they ordered it and it took several days. Okay, that’s fine. When I went to pick it up, I saw it was over $110 per month, AFTER insurance. Still, the patch helped, so I accepted the steep (outrageous, really) price. When I had a few left and was due for a refill, I placed my request for a refill. They told me, again, that it had been ordered because they don’t carry it in stock. Fine, no worries. They also said, “Next time, request your refill at least two business days in advance to insure receiving it in time...” Only I requested my refill SEVEN business days ago. When I STILL hadn’t heard anything, I went to the link with updates -- the link was expired. I called the CVS and couldn't reach a person so left a message. Finally, eventually, I heard: the medication is out of stock with the manufacturer and they aren’t able to fill the prescription. Only, NO ONE TOLD ME. I never received an update indicating this. “We’re so sorry.” But, they texted me nine days ago saying to await an update on when the prescription would be ready and that was the last I heard of them. There’s no CVS for 30 miles that carries the prescription and they have NO IDEA of alternative pharmacies where I may be able to obtain it. But more importantly? THEY NEVER TOLD ME -- had I not called them, I don’t know how much longer I’d still be waiting for my menopause treatment. Welcome to female healthcare in fancy overpriced Northwest DC in 2024. Shame on you, Newark Street CVS.
