I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. The staff were kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. The young gentleman in glasses was outstanding — polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything we needed to do. Even though we were unable to get the medication right away, he guided us step‑by‑step on how to have it covered through our insurance, and thanks to his help, everything was resolved the same day. This is by far my favorite pharmacy!

The 6 Dupont Circle CVS is always excellent in terms of service, stocked items and overall. Staff is always friendly, helpful & professional, both in the store itself and the pharmacy ! Thank you - 5 ***** & more 🌟🎊✨

The majority of staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Sadly, many items are locked away due to theft; so you'll need to track down a sales assistant. Ironically, she acts peeved when she stops what's she's doing to unlock an item.

I’m also shocked to be reviewing CVS but they did a great job keeping shelves stocked and the people are friendly, so why not!?

I had a very unusual situation. I thought I was over charged on a prior visit. It turns out that I was but it was an error on my insurance carrier. The CVS employee at the pharmacy desk took time to figure it out get it corrected. A big job as the insurance company was involved.
