The pharmacists are all very professional and helpful. But the sore, like all Washington DC CVS store, is just garbage attracting even more garbage. From the blank, windowless facade, to the warned out carped and the derelict staircase case, CVS building is urban blight. A disgrace!

The pharmacy at this location told me my insurance refused coverage for a prescription. After hours on the phone with my insurance and doctor, it was determined that this CVS pharmacy made a mistake with the quantity. Once the pharmacy corrected their error, the prescription was approved and filled in less than 15 minutes, but the staff refused to take responsibility for their error or apologize for wasting hours of my time and causing multiple trips to the pharmacy.

Rude staff. I’m standing in front of the counter just before closing and instead of allowing me a quick pick a woman rudely slams the gate in front of my face. The world needs more compassion, kindness and humanity but it seems you won’t get it from this pharmacy. Despite my effort to come all the way here with the gate open when I arrived I unapologetically get a gate shut in my face just before closing time rather that simply allowing a quick pick up… not a smidge of remorse from staff. This place is amazingly good and making people feel completely disrespected. You’re nobody in their eyes… just another annoying customer in need of medication they have to deal with.… This CVS Pharmacy is the worst. If they ever had to compete in a real market place where choice was allowed they’d be long shuttered for better options…

I had an excellent experience at this CVS store thanks to a wonderfully kind and patient staff member. Unfortunately, I misplaced her name, but her remarkable service left a lasting impression. I was there to print VISA photos, and she went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring that everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and caring demeanor made the process much smoother and less stressful. It's not every day you encounter someone who genuinely cares about your needs while providing exceptional service. I am truly grateful for her help and hope to see her again on my next visit!

Today I visited this Pharmacy after my grandmother was discharged from the hospital. We picked up her prescription however, the gentleman at the register Dax, was very short and impolite adding to the already stressful few days I had already had. I understand it gets very busy, but customer service should always be the vocal point. I will say that the actual Pharmacist on duty was helpful to me in understanding my grandmothers dosages. While she was explaining this to me Dax proceeded to walk away from the register and proceed with what he was doing prior to us getting there. Overall I’m giving 3 stars because we were able to get our prescriptions on a Sunday where many are closed, but I don’t think I’ll ever be going back!
