What an absolute nightmare getting help over the phone here to confirm my prescription's status before attempting to drive over and pick it up. Frustratedly, I decided to just have my doctor transfer it to another pharmacy with staff who check marked the Customer Service box when applying.

You guys actually suck. I called to get information about my rx and this lady tried to tell me what I was physically looking at on their website was incorrect. I’m taking my meds somewhere else yall are rude and someone needs to be coached on proper call handling and general people skills.

I went to this locator the first time for my vaccine. I couldn’t be more impressed by the two ladies working the pharmacy. It’s a stressful time and there are a lot of questions. Both of them were were professional, honest and courteous. Not always a common thing in DC. I got my shot at my reserved time but my younger wife thought she would wait and see if there was additional vaccine left over. She was fortunate that there was but we waited for 4 hours not knowing. The staff took care of customers, gave vaccines and courteously answered the same questions over and over. One thing they never did was stop. They were exhausted. They pushed through and they are appreciated. Through all this mess, it’s encouraging to see people who are good at what they do and who care. Kudos ladies!

This pharmacy has garbage and inconvenient hours. They don’t open until 9, which is when a lot of people start work. So if before work is the only time you can pick up your prescription, you’re out of luck. Hopefully you don’t get sick on the weekend (or work on the weekend) because they close at 6pm and 5pm Sat and Sun respectively. This has caused major problems for both myself and my wife when we needed medicine the most. This pharmacy is fine if you’re not in any rush to get your medication, but if you need it ASAP, avoid at all costs. I think we have been burned by them for the last time and will be switching pharmacies.

Really good pharmacy! Meadow is incredible. So much better than the CVS or Safeway in the neighborhood
