Shoutout to pharmacist Jiwon for working during an ice storm (staying in a hotel overnight so she could be close to work to fill prescriptions). I called ahead and she quickly prepared my wife's prescription. Will be switching from our local pharmacy to here - give her a raise Giant!

They never have your medications ready. Every single time I go, I wait an extra day or two so that it can be ready, but every damn time it's not ready. I really don't know why I ask for an estimate they say 10 minutes turns out whole time they hadn't even sent my thing to be processed in the back. I don't understand why. They never give me a response when I ask them why it still isn't ready after I give them days. I don't want to be rude but it's aggravating.

Only in the negro community. They do the most in the stores. I patriot this store right after work. I had my luggage with me Because I carry my books in my luggage. The special police officer who was at the front entrance dog on near tackled me about my luggage, stating that I could not come into that establishment with my luggage. I didn't see the sign, But that's not the point only in the black community they do the most! And when I tried to talk to customer service The Special police officer wouldn't allow it. They( Giant) need to change this policy because it's not like this at all the Giant(s) just in the negro community. And when you go to the self-checkout the machine Keep having you call for help such an inconvenience from the time you enter the store to the time you trying to exit

I got my covid booster shot there. Phyllis was so kind and thoughtful. I will be coming back indeed. Others could take lessons from her kindness!
