I was automatically transferred here when my previous pharmacy closed last month. So far they have been excellent! Prescriptions are filled very quickly and I appreciate getting a text when it’s ready for pickup. Every time I call them, someone picks up right away, which is rare for any business these days! So thankful to have a local pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in the area. It's small and local so they do a great job at customer service. They're flexible, friendly, and timely. I tried all the big chain pharmacies in the area first and had horrible experiences--so glad a local suggested this one to me. Their otc shopping area is small so you can expect they'll usually have what you need but just one or two options. Absolutely recommend them for scripts though, they're very professional. Adding a bit bc i noticed others mentioning service fees. I've never had those there. I notice these are all in the last few months and wonder if they are just the co-pays and people forgot they restart maxing out their out-of-pocket max in the new year? Definitely ask about it if you're worried but I'd hate to see a great pharmacy's reputation damaged just because folks forgot how insurance works. Hopefully the company can make a statement here on if there are any new fees.

This pharmacy is such an asset to the neighborhood! Staff are professional, prompt, and easy to reach. Unlike CVS, there are no (endless) robocalls about refilling things. I get all my vaccines and prescriptions here and have no intention of going elsewhere.

I just switched to this pharmacy and unfortunately am already looking for a new one. Beyond them no longer stocking my prescription, the communication here is pretty terrible. I called to check if my RX was still backordered and got a one word response I inquired as to whether or not they have another dosage just to get me by for now and she said “I have to ask” before putting me on hold with no notice. When she got back she said “no. And we won’t have it.” Clearly she had an attitude and no longer wanted to answer my questions, but I persisted in asking if this is a permanent change and I need a new pharmacy or what?? She said “I don’t know if no one’s called you or what..” Clearly not if I’m asking you! Newsflash, this is a pharmacy and people rely on their medicine - maybe remember that when you’re getting an attitude over a customer asking questions.

I was very happy to go to this pharmacy until few weeks ago. Despite I have the same insurance plan, they are charging now charging some fees ($15.44) because « the insurance companies are giving us nothing » ( that’s what they told me). I understand but as it s a monthly prescription. Also when I went to pick up my prescription ( renewal) one medication was missing. I realized once I was out of the pharmacy ; I came back and prepared the rest ( I called 3 days before I picked it up to be sure everything will be ready). I guess I will look for another pharmacy. I was very happy to work with a local business until this last few weeks.
