AHF Pharmacy - Jacksonville

I have been with AHF for years. Orlando and Tampa offices have always been caring, professional and respectful. My loved one had a major surgery in the Jax. I called the central offices to see if Jacksonville would be able to help us with refills since we are not from Jax and they said yes, that they had the same system. When I called Jacksonville pharmacy they asked me to to please hold, did, around 10 minutes, understandable at 3pm… Anyway, I explained to the person who took my call my situation and that I had confirmed with the other pharmacies that Jacksonville could help me with the refills… The lady on the phone said they could refill but needed to have the RX in person of course… I asked if she could help me first check if they had them in stock so I did not have to drive all the way there to find out they did’t; She agreed but was hesitant and sounded annoyed… She said the first med was not in stock and needed to be ordered… Just when I was spelling the second med out of three, she just interrupted me and said“ to be honest, you need to bring us the paper so we can check if it’s available or not”… I ended up hanging up. When I called back my pharmacy in central FL, I explained I had a hard time getting help from the Jax office and asked them if they could help me check if their supplier had them, so at least when I stopped at Jax office I would know what to expect… She was very friendly and helped me with the three of them, said they were not in stock but Jax office could order them and have them delivered the next day. I’m disappointed about Jax pharmacy. Hope they do better and learn from the others! Thank you AHF Tampa-Bay and Orlando Area!

I called a week in advance to make sure I didn't run out of my meds. I placed and additional call to make sure my meds would be delivered. I ended up spending a whole 3 nights without my sleep medication and it is total he'll for me. How do you people sleep at night doing this to your customers 😒.

This pharmacy is always a win for me. They always remember my face and name (That is important for me). Everyone is always pleasant. I may have to wait but it's never long!
