Set up a delivery time and got text confirmation someone was on the way. Never received a text or call when the delivery arrived and the pharmacy called me and said they’d come back. When they did, I again did not receive a call or text and my order was cancelled. When I called and texted back to troubleshoot, there was no answer via text and I was left on hold for over 20 minutes via phone.

I always have great service with Capsule. Not only is the service exceptional but last month, when I was going out of town, they were able to get a very difficult prescription filled last minute, before I left. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs exceptional service in their prescription services.
